Location was \u00a0also \u00a0the \u00a0driving force in the success \u00a0of this walnut tree on fifth line of \u00a0Erin Two.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<p>My grandmother, Louisa \u00a0Freeman, \u00a0always \u00a0said \u00a0that this \u00a0walnut tree was planted by me (alan \u00a0skeoch). \u00a0In terms of achievements<\/p>\n<div class=\"\">in life, \u00a0the walnut tree stands out. \u00a0 \u00a0It was \u00a0located \u00a0right beside the old farm back house and \u00a0about 30 feet from the hand dug well. You can \u00a0see \u00a0the well \u00a0pump handle just to the left of our truck. \u00a0The back house was \u00a0located \u00a0in the shadowy area and was quite a pleasant reading\u00a0 room because grandma \u00a0decorated \u00a0it with old \u00a0calendars and news \u00a0clippings.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Granddad, Edward Freeman, had \u00a0a huge rhubarb patch exactly where the truck sits. \u00a0From that patch he made gallons and\u00a0gallons \u00a0of rhubarb wine much to the chagrin of his Temperance neighbours. \u00a0 After he died, Eric and I tried to replicate the wine but ended up with a \u00a0soupy mess of wormy barm which \u00a0when bottled took a few weeks \u00a0to gather enough pressure to detonate.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">BAM! BAM! BAM! \u00a0Shards of glass and foam and \u00a0worms and goop all \u00a0over our cellar.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">What an unholy mess that was.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">The walnut tree now massively overshadows the rhubarb patch.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"72B76A95-B701-4EFC-9754-E77597CC5D18\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/alanskeoch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_963ac.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OUR GRAND \u00a0WALNUT TREE LOCATION. location, location. \u00a0the driving force in real estate valuation.
